Nicole Padilla


Nicole is a Certified Personal Trainer and former professional ballet dancer, most recently a First Soloist with the Sarasota Ballet. During her time at Sarasota Ballet, Nicole was featured in Pointe Magazine as a Star of the Corps and reviewed multiple times in The New York Times and The Washington Post. Nicole dance many principal roles with Sarasota ballet including; George Balanchine’s, The Four Temperaments, Who Cares?, and Rubies. She has also had the honor of performing Blue Girl in Sir Frederick Ashton’s Les Patineurs at the Kennedy Center’s Ballet Across America III in 2013 and at City Center’s Fall For Dance in 2014.

Prior to her professional career, she attended the University of Oklahoma & the Joffrey Ballet School, both on full dance scholarships. Since her professional career began, she has shared her love of ballet through teaching young dancers and has enjoyed sharing her passion to all levels of students in schools across Texas, Alabama, and Florida.

Alongside her husband, Nicole co-founded Dance Performance Training (DPT), a cross training company specifically designed for dancers.  She wants to empower dancers to learn how to take care of their bodies from a young age to allow them to dance for years to come.

Nicole graduated form The University of South Florida with a degree in Elementary Education in 2019 and is currently pursuing her masters in School Psychology.
